Acrylic Artworks
Working closely with Acrylicize, Inplas created a series of bespoke artworks for a law firm — each artwork depicts a landmark case in the firm's history.
The black and white images were applied to matt white Perspex using direct-to-media printing, with laser-cut details which show through the vibrant background colour. The artworks were finished with a 10mm white gloss Perspex frame.
The Light Wall, Part 2
In 2010 Inplas worked with Acrylicize to design and fabricate a stunning light wall for Engine’s London HQ.
Inplas also created an illuminated logo sign for the wall at the entrance of the reception and it has proved so popular that a second illuminated logo has now been fabricated to form the centrepiece of the light wall.

MTV Logo
Inplas fabricated a scale version of the new MTV logo for a recent award ceremony.
The blue M sits on a black Perspex plinth and the additional lettering was laser-cut in 3mm Perspex and face-bonded onto the main body. The top left hand corner was laser-etched with the award details.
John Lewis Harmony House
Inplas CAD-designed and fabricated the windows of the 'Harmony House' used in a forthcoming John Lewis advert shot on the South Bank in London.
The windows were CNC-machined in 6mm PETG for maximum durability and the corner panels were thermo-formed to create a seamless display.
Bespoke Feature Wall for Engine's London HQ
Working closely with Acrylicize, Inplas fabricated a stunning feature wall for Engine’s head office in Great Portland Street, London.
The wall — 3 metres high and over 15 metres in length — comprises 120 individiually fabricated Perspex sections and uses almost the entire range of frosted Perspex colours. Every section has a custom depth offset and many of the sections are also internally LED-illuminated for added impact.
The project was particularly challenging because the design had to work within the constraints of an existing structure with a large sweeping radius — and with no original CAD drawings available. Bespoke templates were created on site to ensure a perfect fit was achieved and installation went smoothly. Click here to view a video of the installation.
MDF Artworks
Laser-cut 9mm and 12 mm artworks were combined to create this unique montage. The MDF was used in its raw state rather than painted — the laser creates the unique black edging which adds to the 3D effect.
Display Enclosure
Inplas were selected to design and fabricate a 5x2x2 metre display enclosure to form the centrepiece of a launch party for a leading kitchen design company. The enclosure was constructed around a unique metal framework with 10mm laser-cut clear acrylic wall and roof panels and a 10mm Opal 050 floor.
The project was completed in just four days and the client was delighted with the innovative design, flawless finish and rapid turnaround.
Silverstone Seafood Display Counters
Inplas designed and manufacured 12 unique seafood displays counters in arctic frost blue Perspex for the Aspire hospitality suite at the 2010 Silverstone British Grand Prix. Each display was fabricated with removable internal shelves and back panel for ease of assembly and transport.
Floral Display Plinths
1 metre high display plinths for contempory flower display. Each plinth includes hundreds of Svarowski cut crystals hanging from the interior.
Enclosures for Scientific Equipment
Inplas were approached to fabricate two Perspex enclosures for sensitive scientific equipment. The enclosures were finished to the highest possible level to create an airtight environment to maintain a dust-free low pressure vacuum for scientific experiments.
